1. Who can buy from us. Our products contain nicotine and are restricted to buyers aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement under Bulgarian law.

2. Prices. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Delivery cost is calculated separately at checkout.

3. Payment. We accept payment on delivery (cash or card with the courier) and online card payment, depending on what's offered at checkout.

4. Order confirmation. You'll receive an email confirming your order. A contract is formed once we confirm the order is accepted.

5. Right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, in line with Bulgarian consumer protection law — except for opened e-liquid or consumable items, which cannot be resold once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Returns. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

7. Warranty. Devices carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, water, or unauthorized modification isn't covered.

8. Liability. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory Bulgarian or EU consumer law.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
